Reason for change: Managed FortiClient version through EMS

Anticipated impact:

On Windows: FortiClient will be uninstalled, prompt for reboot, after reboot FortiClient version 7.0.7 GA will be installed (takes about 15 minutes).
On macOS: Prompt for 'Install now'. The FortiClient will be uninstalled and re-installed version 7.0.7 GA. No reboot required.
