Anticipated Impact: Potential for increased latency and packet loss as services are transitioned between active/passive firewall devices.

Our Operations team will be performing a proactive software update of the firewall devices at our Frankfurt, Germany region. All network services are fully redundant and we anticipate no impact on service delivery.
